 CHECK: Online-Store verkauft MP3s ohne Einverständnis der Künstler
hab das grad über ne mailingliste gelesen und verbreite die nachricht in diversen foren.
Online-Store Jetgroove bietet MP3s zum Verkauf an,
scheint aber mit den meisten vertretenen Künstlern und Labels bisher keine
Verhandlungen geführt zu haben (siehe z.b. Forumslinks unten), geschweige denn Lizenzen zu besitzen. Die MP3s sind
allerdings bisher nicht downloadbar. "These tracks are not available for
purchase at the moment. You can leave them in your basket and we will inform
you by mail when they become available." Sie werden allerdings bereits mit Previews angeboten.
ist jede menge d&b dabei ... d-kay & illskillz auch einige.
dass kein einverstädnnis o.ä. vorliegt, belegen zumindest die bisher gestarteten anfragen bei künstlern und auch threads in anderen foren, zb

ja mal schauen . bin mir sehr sicher, dass da a) niemand was kaufen wird weil b) sie praktisch den who is who katalog der gesamten szene gerippt haben und alle mitsammen dafür sorgen werden, dass dieser shop kein einziges file verkauft....

geht anscheinend eh noch nicht. angeblich bekommt man nur ein "this file is not available yet"

naja, etwas sehr agressive geschäftspolitik von dem laden...
streng genommen (und soweit ich mich auskenn damit) wird hier aber keine verletzung der urheberrechte am werk selbst vorgenommen...
allerdings posen sie mit dem angebot von brandneuen tunes (soweit ich das in dem thread jetz mitkriegt hab, war ned auf der homepage), was wirklich nicht die feine art ist...
aber es gibt halt (noch) kein urheberrecht auf populäre tracknamen/ angebote.....
koscher wärs, wenn sie zB auf die startseite schreiben würden, dass sie das angebot hinsichtlich bestimmter labels/artists usw erweitern wollen, und nicht verkaufsrechte ihrerseits voraussetzen und vor allem vorwegnehmen........!
