partys im oebb areal?

hi there...

weiss irgendwer wie und ob man eine genehmigung fuer eine party im alten oebb areal bekommt...

war vor ein paar jahren dort und hab mich gefragt warum dort eigentlich keiner mehr partys macht (stress mit den cops oder sowas?, oder mit den eisenbahneren...

die location waer ja schon ziemlich fett muss ich sagen...

alte oebb-areale gibts viele...

wennst dass im 2ten meinst... kannst vergessen... da is jetzt wo ne paintballhalle drinnen und die haben nach 22:00 schon beschwerden wegen zu laut und die polizei im haus... bei ner party könnt dass ungschmeidig wern...

exakt! kemal und rob data und kontrol und am technofloor unser aller gott saunderson...

die halle dort steht nimmer - die haben sie abgerissen, es gibt dann noch ein zweites öbb areal in dem parties sind - im 22. auf der brünnerstrasse - da sind noch immer parties (batclub, radionight) - da sind aber die auflagen irre - kannst mit mindestens 10.000 euro kosten für die halle und die umbauten rechnen und dann hast weder licht noch ton drinnen... ausserdem gibts dort auch ein lärmproblem...

kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass man die location beim südtiroler platz legal bekommt.

das gebäude erfüllt keinerlei auflagen und ausserdem wohnen in den oberen stockwerken obdachlose.

war öfters bei illegalen teknoparties dort. die wurden eine zeit lang gedultet, aber zuletzt kamen die kiwara schon immer früher und drehten die party ab..
