bin schon gspannt was der O-Ton uns um die ohren wirft.
hatte ja bis jetzt noch nicht das vergnügen (wenns eines wird, hehe!) O-Ton zu hören.

gleichmal eine frage...
nimmst du auch stuff von Berlienna mit?!

den huizinger hab ich eh schon öfter ghört... trotzdem immerwieder

yeah, das wird high quality breakbeat. ich freu mich schon sehr darauf, mit den herren holzgruber und o-ton gemeinsam zu mischen

mr. o-ton is quite new to the breakbeat biz, aber ned in sachen skillz
ursprünglich im dnb daheim, und das kann er auch bei seiner breaks-selection nicht verleugnet. wie sich das anhört, kann man hören. deepe beats

vom herrn holzgruber ist mir gegenwärtig leider kein mix bekannt, aber der name bürgt! der mann weiss was er tut.

jo und meine breakz-mixes stehen eh alle in der sig, falls mir hier mal ein bisschen eigenwerbung gestattet ist

what about new skool breaks in vienna? are there more partys like this? i mean "sofa surfers" is quite a big name in austria to, isn't it!?

please gimme so info about breakbeats in vienna!

yes, there are more partys like this in vienna.
orange bay breaks once a month, usually every third friday (rest of the time we play drumandbass, orange bay is a weekly club)

new to vienna is a weekly break beat club called addiction @ b72 every wednesday, hosted by bouncerecords.biz. see

then we have "urban breaks" @ club massiv hosted by look

they also host a breaks-club in oberwart (burgenland)

if you like grime (brrr, i don´t, really ugly music, i would rather listen to the sängerknaben instead ) you should have a look @

there are some crews/djs who used to play nu skool breaks in the past, but i didn´t find any informations...

eg. reset-crew and their nu-surge-partys @ marx rebel camp (, someone should keep this up2date, btw. )
or romano geminis breakbeat connection @ subzero. romanos website: , he´s deep into mash up right now)


more to come i guess. break beat was always here, but it´s getting bigger right now i think.

there is no board like drumandbass.at for nu-skool-breaks-events. i use this one: (its german, nice people, not like here )
if i find events, i post them there.
