sf in the middle of 60s was a very special time and place to be a part of but no explanation no mix of words music or´memories can touch the sense of knowing that u were there and alive in that corner of time in the world what ever it ment there was madness in any direction at any hour u can strike sparks anywheere there wasw a fantastic universal sense that whatever we were doing was right that we were winning and that i think was the handle that sense of a victory over the forces of all the evil neither any mean or military sense we didnt need that our energy was simply out there we were riding the quest of a high and beautiful wave
so now yes some 5 years later u can go up on a steep hill in las vegas and look west with the right kind of eyes u can see the high water mark that place where the wave finally broke and roll back

Johny Depp...

...is ja sowieso der Oberhämmer. Ich hab noch KEINEN Film mit ihm gesehen, der schlecht is. Is klar, weil er net jedes Drehbuch animmt (interview).

Fear and Loathing vermittelt ja das mörder feeling (wemmas kennt das feeling , und was ich sehr cool finde is die Lust auf Acid die man am Anfang des Films bekommt und das "Grausen" davor am Ende.
Und das Schlußstatement über Leary find ich auch sehr cool...
