It has been two years since our group started out. From 2005 on, with your help, we managed to attract not only the Hungarian drum and bass elite, but also several representatives of the international scene to our venue in Sopron. We thank you for your trust and the constantly great atmosphere! We feel that another –hopefully truly memorable-- grandiose party in September is well deserved. Let's see why we can use the „grandiose” epithet. One of our guests is a notable member of the group CAUSE 4 CONCERN. Lately, C4C has been rather quiet (the reason for this being the making of a new album), but OPTIV (whose Sopron set is also remarkable because this will be his first time in two years behind the mixing desk: here and in Kecskemét) is still active an pursuing a solo carreer; he has worked together with Gridlok, Fierce, Chris.SU, and remixed Black Sun Empire, Vicious Circle and Ryme Tyme pieces. Since 2002 he has been managing his own publisher, Red Light, which has released compositions by Bulletproof and The Upbeats, among others. And the music of a certain AXIOM, who is to be the other foreign guest of our evening. AXIOM has switched to drum and bass from the world of trip-hop and ambient. His big break came in 2005 with „Nightfall,” created in collaboration with OPTIV. His first independent release, entitled Vendetta / Sanctuary, was released under the Red Light label, but he's also put out work under DSCI4, Syndrome Audio, Hostile and Shadybrain. The third sensation of the party is that it will feature the album launch of one of the most prominent groups in our home drum and bass life: MINDSCAPE. „Black Lotus,” released under the Citrus label, will feature not only their own compositions, but also remixes, made famous by Break and Noisia. Visuals never before seen in the Hangár will ensure the magnificence of the party. This gig isn't worth missing, come and let's celebrate our second birthday together!
