Uncertified Music 002 : MACC / PHUTURE-T

Uncertified Music return with 002. With a keen eye on the breaks this time round, Macc & Phuture-T give us full on d&b workouts.

Artists

Macc is producer, drummer & snax aficionado turned mastering engineer. We proudly bring you one of his finest d&b moments (in our opinion), not to mention one of few tunes to be released because of his switch to mastering.

Phuture-T has tracks forthcoming on many labels including Loxy's Cylon Recordings. Absolutely tenacious talent coming from Holland, bringing the pressure with each tune.

Tracks

Boomer - Desolate atmospherics brood like electricity, with the bassline peeking it’s head through the static throughout the intro. Unleashing a barrage of drums but keeping in the steppy d&b rhythmic ethic of not going too mad on the edits, Boomer squelches and rattles its way through deep sub bass elements showing Macc's drumming roots. Subtle yet powerful. Written & Produced by Bob Macc.

Singularity - Short but sweet intro gives you little warning of the amen onslaught about to abuse your senses. Jungle to its core & dub influenced, Phuture-T splatters the madness with beautiful chord stabs and horn riffs to create emotion inside the edits. Vocals & flutes signal a short breather, then it's back to business. Essential for the breaks heads! Written & Produced by Tom Van Zeytveld.

Both tunes mastered by Bob Macc @ SC Mastering Doing a fine job to make these tunes sound the best possible & closest to vinyl experience you can imagine from a digital release. Just close your eyes and imagine the vinyl spinning. See, just like vinyl. Without the crackle. Or wear on your needles. You can even touch the tunes if you think about it hard enough.

Below is a list of shops you can buy from, as well as links to the 1st release - We Fear Change EP by Andy Skopes.

Look out for the Martsman remix of Boomer, forthcoming on Alphacut Recordings.

Enjoy!!!
