Bassline Business: in dieser Kategorie/Wissenschaft darf man dem britischen Hotshot Producer Kye Gibbon alias Foamo ohne schlechtes Gewissen eine früh erworbene Expertenschaft unterstellen. Jedenfalls wobbeln und wabbern die Produktionen des 22-Jährigen gemeinhin so massiv aus den Boxen, dass man dabei gar nicht ungerührt oder still stehen bleiben kann. Exemplarisch nachhören lässt sich das etwa bei Foamos Remix von La Roux’ Hit... Bulletproof, der schon längere Zeit in keinem Plattenkoffer fehlen darf und sicher auch bei seinem Wien-Auftritt nicht ungespielt bleiben wird. Support kommt ebenfalls aus dem UK – selbst wenn der Name Last Japan anderes vermuten ließe.
