dachgeschoss, 2 stockwerke, 2 balkone, aussicht süden, 2.bezirk, böcklinstrasse 68, 30sec. zur hauptallee, 30sec. zur strassenbahn u bus, ca 130m2, neu, kosten 1.400,00 / monat, KEINE PROVISION.

Box ist geleert!

Sind 2 (Schlaf-)zimmer, beide oben, getrennt begehbar. Theoretisch also auch WG tauglich für 2.

Bei ner WG hätt ich nur das Problem, dass ich demjenigen der das Zimmer mit direktem Balkonzugang (dem einen, der andere ist vom Wohnzimmer unten aus begehbar) jeden (Sommer-)Tag in den Arsch treten müsste ;-)

Ich schau dassi Pics mach.
