Lieblings Kompressoren

ich bin letztens auf den fabfilter pro c gestoßen. find den eigentlich ziemlich nice, vorallem weil du a grafik dabei hast.

ich weiß aufjeden fall, dass es unendlich viele verschiedene gibt.

also welche kompressoren benutzt ihr so? und welche sind für was gut geeignet?

reaper reacomp - einfach, neutral und mit s/c input. bread&butter stuff!
ansonsten uad la2a und 1176. auf vocals hat sich der waves rvox bewährt und das api-zeug is auch top, v.a auf drum-subgruppen.

gratis und top: vos density mk2


die anderen plugs sind auch nicht zu verachten, vor allem der boot eq. irgendwie pultec-ig. da geht auch mal ein 10db boost ohne dass es scheppert!

prinzipiell schau dir mal die verschiedenen compressortypen an, es gibt viele verschiedene arbeistweisen, die für das jeweilig signal das beste ist..
stichwort: opto, fet, transistor, röhre, vca..etc

3. uad precision bus compressor (klingt gut, und hat praktische funktionen, besonders der filter & mix poti!!!!)

wobei manchmal eine bandsättigungs emulation auch sinn macht, statt einem compressor...
