ich habe heute folgende email gekriegt
erstma ne zussamenfasung:
dnbscene.com hat update gemacht!!Neues Design , neue funktionen...besonders die "Community Reviews" funktion wurde verbessert...
außerdem was ich bemerkt habe:
neuer mix player
neuer inhalt(reviews allgemein)
coole affliatesnbhq.com and breakbeat.co.uk
die site ist auf eng, aber selbst anfänger sollte die seite verstehen können....

As you may have noticed by now, dnbscene looks very different today. After weeks of hard work we are proud to announce some new features to enhance your 'scene experience. They are as follows:

- Upgraded Community Reviews forum using our own format instead of the standard phpBB template. The aim of this is to encourage more people to get involved and, more importantly, actually rate the tracks. The previous ratings system was unfriendly to say the least.

- Completely revamped articles system including news, reviews, tutorials, interviews, and whatever the hell we want... it's infinitely flexible.

- An audio section featuring mix sets for your streaming pleasure, and a mix sets forum for people to post their own mixes to.

- An events section with a flyer upload feature so you can check out what's going on in your area. We encourage everybody to upload their events so we can get as complete a list as possible.

- Featured Reviews and Artist spolights. The latter is nothing new - we've just brought it back. However, the Featured Reviews is a new feature which involves us scanning the reviews written by the public in the Community Reviews section and, if there's a particularly good review of a particularly good track, we will feature it on the front page and in the newsletter.

- Affiliates. In order to help bring you the best content from the dnb web world without you having to trawl through umpteen sites, we are actively seeking to affiliate with sites and share content, linking back to their sites of course. At launch we have agreements with dnbhq.com and breakbeat.co.uk, and will be expanding on this over the next few weeks to bring you even more content.

There's much more but the site won't really show its true colours until the content builds up. Part of that is up to you - submit and contribute to the Community Reviews, submit articles, events listings, mixes to the mix set forum, and anything else you want. This site is and always has been totally interactive, so don't be afraid to get involved.

As at launch there are a number of bugs throughout the site which we will be ironing out over the next couple of weeks, plus there are more features in the pipeline including videos, a knowledge database, links and more.

And don't forget, work is still progressing on the hosting site, so there's plenty to look forward to.
