 BOOO!!! audiogalaxy-satelite 4 mac!!
sers alle macianer!!
für alle, die's noch nicht wussten...
zletzt hab ich so das macwelt-sonderheft durchgeblättert und siehe da... da gibts doch nen audiogalxy-satelite fürn mac. zwar nicht supportet von audiogalaxy und unoffiziell, aber er funkt.
das zeugs heisst sputnix, und steht zum download unter
bereit.
wie gesagt, kann sein, dass der nicht mehr funkt wenn audiogalaxy ihre eigenen updatet, aber dann gibts sowieso innerhalb kürzester zeit ne neue version von sputnix zum downloaden. im prinzip kein aufwand, weil die neueste version vom audiogalaxy-satelite muss man sich ja auch immer wieder neu saugen (obwohl die alte zwar weiterhin funkt, aber trotzdem).
der einzige haken an dem ganzen: sputnix 0.8.2B only for os x 10.1. os 9 will not be supported any longer.
tja dann, viel spass beim saugen.

ez alda... bin heut noch dabei, die ganzen cds (os 9.1 bis x 10.1) zu burnen, und wenns klappt, kann ich sie dir gerne auch brennen... no prob. uh, ahja, bevor ichs vergess... os x 10 erst ab G3... hoff du hast einen.

also wegen mac-audiogalaxy-client, nur mal rein theoretisch gesprochen (da ichs selbst ned ausprobiert habe und zuhause keinen mac habe). ab macos x hätte der linux-client, der auf der audiogalaxy-seite angeboten wird, eigentlich auch funktionieren müssen, ich hatte zumindest unter verschiedenen unices keine gröberen probleme damit ...

Also erstmals: Danke für den Sputnik-Tipp: Das Teil ist WELTEN besser als MacSatellite! Endlich kann ich meherere Songs gleichzeitig runterladen, endlich kann ich direkt aus dem Webinterface auf "Play" klicken, endlich direkte Verbindung mit iTunes, etc. WIRKLICH FEIN!
Findet ihr es wirklich eine gute Idee schon auf Mac OS X umzusteigen? So viele Programme sind noch nicht portiert. Ja geiles Interface, dass stimmt schon, aber trotzdem ist es eine totale Umbewöhnung. Ich hab' am iMac MacOSX installiert und am iBook MacOS9.2 und muss sagen, ich arbeite fast lieber mit dem 9.2, weil man es gewohnt ist...
Im Herbst kommt aber ein "major-update" heraus, dann steig ich bestimmt um!

hmmm... kommt immer drauf an. ich hab bis jetzt auch nur mit os 9.2 gearbeitet, aber ich find os x ist eigentlich der hammer... schad, dass die meiste audio-sw noch ned drauf läuft. deswegen werd ich bis 10.2 immer 9.2 auch laufen haben, aber ich denk mal, dass die meisten progs bis 10.2 schon aufs X abgestimmt sein werden (cubase sx zum beispiel wird NUR mehr auf X laufen).
