Basics

seas,
is vielleicht eine "zu" simple frage, aber ich würd gerne wissen, was ihr für instrumente zum produzieren verwendet....


ich arbeite jetzt schon einige zeit im cubase sx, aber so "das" instrument hab ich noch nicht gefunden. (ausser battery als sampler is genial, aber die synths die ich hab sind irgendwie lasch....mad: )
vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja ein paar trix & tips geben generell.

naja, logic wär schwerstens zu empfehlen, weil (zumindest in der pc-version) ziemlich coole instrumente schon dabei sind. in der 5.5 sind zumindest der es2 , es1, evb3, evd6 (oder so ähnlich), exs24 mkII, evp88... und auch die fx in logic sind schon ziemlich geil.

zu meinen favs zählen:

battery
es2
exs24
ppg wave
moog modular
plex
d'cota
v-station
absynth

gibt aber noch unzählige gute, oft auch freeware, die für nen bestimmen sound ziemlich gut sind...

logic

ich hab schon mal fürs cubase einige monate gebraucht, bis was "brauchbares" rausgekommen is, und einmal kurz ins logic reingschaut........total verwirrt.

funkt das viel anders als bei cubase?
bin offen für alles

oder kann man die beiden programme irgendwie zusammenhängen, wie reason und cb??

ich würd nicht wegen es2 auf logic extra umsteigen

und ein 2stepper ist mit dem standard cubase imo kein prob

wirklich empfehlenswert wäre für dich

psp vintage warmer - weil sx hat keinen gscheiten compressor
ohmforce quadfrohmage --- weil sx hat kein gscheites filter
Kontakt - weil sx hat keinen sampler
Waves plugs wegen EQ's und Hall uvm.
phatmatik pro - loop sampler

den rest aus enatives liste nehmen

damit sollt pluginmäßig nix mehr ein prob sein!

also allein wegen dem es2 wuerd ich schon umsteigen, wenn ich nicht schon laengst mit logic arbeiten wuerd.
mir liegt auch die oberflaeche mehr und ueberhaupt... LOGIC.

dann wurmt mich nochwas.




auf producer-network.de hab ich sog. patches gefunden, hab sie gesaugt, aber keinen blassen schimmer was ich damit machen soll. so eine art midi file oder so??

und die ohmforce und waves sachen sind sowieso pflicht!!

naja, NUR wegem dem es2 is die eine sache... die andere sind die restlichen instrumente und plug-ins vom logic, und alles in allem isses auf JEDEN fall nen umstieg wert. weil die qualität von den logic plugs, die schaffen die cubase internen ned...
