Rjd2 Appreciation-thread

Sein letztes Album - Dead Ringer - war mMn schon der Hammer aber mit 'since we last spoke' (kommt im Mai auf Def Jux raus) hat der Mann einfach einen sooo weiten Schritt nach vorn gemacht... läuft bei mir seit 2 Wochen auf Heavy Rotation und hab mich noch immer nicht sattgehört – das gab’s bei mir schon lang nicht mehr.

Das musste einfach mal gesagt werden.

allerdings, bin ich ja der meinung daß diese langsamen, getragenen soulstimmen samples seit mobys erfolg ein wenig inflationär eingesetzt werden...

bitte einmal die acapella version für mich...

jo, is sehr nice...

kenn jetzt vor allem die neue platte (since we last spoke - kommt im mai raus) und frag mich echt, ob der typ entweder ziemlich jung ist und so 70ies/80ies für sich neu entdeckt hat oder ob der älter ist und sich seiner jugend besinnt...

also einige tracks sind einfach schwerer psychedelic rock
