das kommt daher, dass bei nem crt die roehre zwar 19" diagonale hat, effektiv aber nur 17" fuer die anzeige verwendet werden (kruemmung, unschaerfe am rand, verbauung, ...).

naja, flatscreen ist ja auch nicht gleich flatscreen...

das mit 17 = 19 trifft ja auch nur bei tft vs. röhre zu, wennst nen röhrenmonitor mit flacher bildröhre hast und nen mit krümmung dann stimmt das 17 = 19 auch nimma... soweit ich weiss.
