D Bridge - Without Answers / Loves Ugly Child (SOUL:R017)

This is the first of a number of releases in a new joint project from both Soul:r and Revolve:r entitled DAT:Music - Dance Art Technology. With a cd release Scheduled for later in the year DAT:Music will encompass a number of forthcoming 12 inch releases that are pushing a more progressive experimental sound. D Bridge’s ‘Without Answers’ rolls it deep and deadly, reminiscent of Krust’ classic ‘Soul In Motion’ / ‘True Stories’ tracks. A hypnotic soundscape with creeping beats, haunting emotinal strings, and rumbling bombs of bass. ‘Loves Ugly Child’ is equally brilliant. Twisting and tweaking, low end future funk, with a techno soul vibe.
