War ja eine voll Linke mit der soulseek-Domain... die haben den Provider gewexelt, und wollten die Domain transferieren. Angeblich hat die RIAA (US-Plattenindustrieverband) interveniert, die Domain wurde gelöscht und angeblich war alles ein Versagen...

Naja, jedenfalls haben die Jungs jetzt ja slsk... ist derzeit eh das umfangreichste Repertoire, seit das gute alte Galaxy im Koma liegt...

... aber jetzt haben sie fein eins auf den deckel gekriegt

habt ihr das gelesen? ein paar hacker haben die riaa-site "verziert", mit links zu mp3-downloads und einem text, in dem sich die RIAA für ihr dummes Verhalten entschuldigt und sagt, dass sie Gratis-Songdownloads sehr positive gegenübersteht und demnächst einen eigenen derartigen Dienst starten wird... rund 24 Stunden war das online.

Feine Retourkutsche für die Soulseek-Aktion!

was habt ihr alle gegen finalscratch ?...
wenn ihrs alle so scheisse findet und überzeugt seid davon das vinyl das einzig wahre ist.. warum macht ihr dann alle so einen radau drum ?
habt ihr angst vor finalscratch ?...

das funkt mit jedem turntable... und deswegen heissts auch hier, je besser der turntable, desto besser. immerhin kommts hier ja auch auf die eigenschaften des tt an, hochlaufzeit etc.

im prinzip wird ja das ganze wie vinyl gehandhabt.

also in dem fall finde die software ja nicht schlecht. ich bin mir sicher, dass sich das zwar auf dem öffentlichen markt nicht durchsetzen wird, aber als ergänzung zur eigenen anlage zuhause hätt ich dagegen sicher nichts einzuwenden.

so is es, als ergänzung würd ichs auch ned übel finden, aber rein nur damit arbeiten... naja... weiss ned. vor allem ist es ne wirklich gute alternative zum cd-player. bevorst man irgendwelche tunes, die man ned auf vinyl hat, von cd spieln muss und immer drauf aupassen muss wo der crossfader grad is und blablabla, schmeisst man einfach die scheibn auf den turntable und passt. und das wichtigste ist find ich dass das handling da auch passt... weils ja eben die selben tt's sind.
