Mathematics is a Brooklyn-based producer duo consisting of longtime NYC drum & bass DJ James Ronaghan and multi instrumentalist Mike Genato. Their distinct brand of soulful, sexy and sophisticated drum & bass has been signed to such esteemed labels as Renegade, Defunked, Hospital, Frontline, C.I.A., Subtronix, Phuturo, React/Industry and Critical.

James, the dj of the duo will return to Europe for his annual Autumn Tour in October & November. These tours have gone down extremely well throughout the past 2-3 years each time with many gigs spanning all across the continent and promoters always happy to have James back at their club.

Their own label Social Studies is stocked with releases for 2006 including many more collaborations with Tactile as well as fellow hungarian producers SKC + Dis. Keen on keeping things fresh Mathematics have fused their sound again on tracks entitled "Thrill of the Hunt" and "Future Past" with up and coming hungarian producers Spinline and Munk.

Fabio, always an avid supporter of the Mathematics sound, has just snapped up ‘Mirrorball’ by Mathematics for release on his Label Creative Source. Fabio recently also featured world premiers of Mathematics own full vocal tracks "Fire" and “Thunder” both featuring Peter Hadar, a Mathematics & Atlantic Connection collaboration entitled "Let it Burn" as well as another Mathematics original entitled "Navajo".

And lastly Mathematics have started work on their debut LP. Featuring R&B street minister Peter Hadar, together they are set to to bring a new flava to drum and bass. The album is most likely to drop in autumn, 2007.
