Nu Urban Music is proud to announce the arrival of Futurebound's Viper Recordings. Since the labels inception in 2003, a run of tunes such as Futurebound & Jaquan's 'Blind Cobblers Thumb' original mix & Barons remix, J Majik & Wickaman's 'Fleshwound', Futurebound & Entity's 'Check with the Vicar' to name but a few, have established Viper worldwide. More recently Futurebound has been working with Matrix and their first release 'Strength 2 Strength' had punters running to the stores and then again with the Anthem 'American Beauty'.

Nu Urban’s first Viper offering is Futurebound & Entity's 'Lion of Judah' (007), the track has been blowing up around the UK and should be in the stores about now. There are also some juicy projects coming over the next few months including a Matrix & Futurebound album, and trust us, we have already heard a few of the tunes and we can assure you this album is going to be getting a lot of praise. There are also 3 new 12" singles in the pipeline from Jaquan, Brookes Bros & Futurebound & Wickaman, so Viper Recordings is going to be striking on all fronts over the coming months.

We are really pleased to announce the arrival of Chronic to the Nu Urban Music family. To kick of with, Chronic have given us the much anticipated "Big Bad & Heavy" Album. There will be a 12" picture disc to launch the LP which features two current monster tunes Firefox's 'Full Contact' & Trinity's 'Shitbag'. The 12" will be followed by 3 Eps featuring tracks from Afro Kid, Clipz, Distorted Minds, D Product, Future Cut & G Dub to name but a few. Chronic will then finish the series with a 2nd Picture Disc featuring Shy FX. There will also be a 3 CD pack featuring mixes of the new and classic Chronic material from Ruffstuff & Mosus. So keep your eyes peeled for this superb CD compilation and Vinyl packs hitting, the stores over the Summer & Autumn months.
