And what great tunes to start! Henree, one of Germany's finest drumnbass djs and producers, delivers hard hitting drums which meet relaxing rhodes piano chords, giving the tune a deep inner calm. A two-in-one tune: dancefloor smasher and soul warmer.
"More Trouble" from Dub Tao works in a similar way: The melancolic reggae sample stays in mind once you have heard it and is pushed forward by a driving drum set. A dubby offbeat hymn!

Henree

beatalistics labelheads Stadler&Waldorf's first encounter with Henree took place when cla:stix played his record "Shake Da Funk" (Touchin' Down Productions 004) to them and the crowd at a HiVitality party. Enthusiastic about his production skillz beatalistics' label heads decided to convince him to do a track for HiVitality. After a visit to his hometown Cologne they were certain having made the right decision: "U Do It Right" already showed its potential in a pre-version. Now the finished tune seems to be perfect!

Dub Tao

On the recommendation of Syncopix Stadler&Waldorf requested a promo cd of the Berlin-based duo Dub Tao. Infected by their organic and reggae related sound they got in touch with these two drummers. Such nice people! And "More Trouble" fits perfectly into the HiVitality mix cd and also represents the label's music profile. So watch out for Dub Tao releases on Soundtrax, Hard:edged and, of course, beatalistics Records!
