flat room for rent in january

from 7th january to 2nd february 2007 my flat-mate is in italy, so the room is empty ..

its 28 mē for 240,- euros, has 3 windows, smoking is allowed ..

kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared... otherwise theres a fridge, a washing machine and a microwave,...

and ofcourse im living there too. (but the rooms are completely separated)
