ah genau modul8 war das...

hey fischi auf welhem mac hast Du das laufen?

weil ich würd unkomprimierte DV Videos mixen, schafft das ein MacBook überhaupt?

For the version 2.5 the minimum recommended configuration is :

-MacOS 10.4.8 (Tiger) or higher (Modul8 V2.0.3 still available for 10.3.9 users).
-Quicktime 7.1.3 or higher
-G4 1 Ghz or higher processor (modul8 is universal)
- AGP or PCI-EXPRESS 3D accelerated video card with at least 64Mbytes of VRam
(PCI-EXPRESS is needed for multiprojection)
-Minimum of 1 GBytes of RAM.

so in der richtung??

wir haben ein g4 powerbook in bisschen besserer config als oben beschrieben und gerade neue macbook pros bestellt mit 2,3ghz dualcore 2gbram und 256mb grafikkarte ... sollte abgehn wie schmidts katze

umkomprimierte dv videos weiß ich nicht, ist aba aufn mac ned notwendig, h264 movs haben perfekte leistung

bestell datails sagen mein neues macbook turdelt nächste woche ein da werd ich mich mal intesiv mit vdmx beschäftigen..
kann dann auch bescheid geben wie das läuft

flowmotion läuft übrigens auch noch auf mac!



modul8 is aber vermutlich die beste wahl.

mac ist nicht gleich mac!
man sollte halt unterscheiden ob ppc (powerbook, g4, g5) oder intel-mac (mac book, pro, etc)!


flowmotion = unstabil => keine universal binary!
wer aber nur (video)loops in dauerrotation abspielen möchte, dem wirds wohl genügen. (finger weg von den effekten - sonst wirds dunkel)

modul8 gekauft (v2.5 ub = os tiger only)
meiner meinung nach die beste vj software für den mac ! spitzen support! upgrades allesamt gratis!
