Da ist sie endlich. PN Rec. 10. das Debut Release des Berliners Kandel. Mit Dorfpunks werden die Bushaltestellen dieser Republik zum Schauplatz dramatischer Kuhglockenspiele und die Weiten eines leeren Dorfplatzes spürbar. Von Tristesse darf hier aber keine Rede sein. Dorfpunks geht mit seinem subtilen Sound direkt in die Beine und wird sicherlich nicht nur Jugendclubs zum Brennen bringen. Der Track zündet wie ein Molotowcocktail direkt von der Bushaltestelle und keiner wird sich der explosiven Wirkung entziehen können. Punk´s not dead!!!
Hypnotisch wird es auf der Flipseite. Mit Nil schafft es Kandel den Zuhörer direkt in seinen Bann zu ziehen und auf die Tanzfläche zu treiben. Wunderschöne Melodien laden ein zum träumen und treiben lassen. Ganz so wie eine Reise auf dem Fluß der Könige, dem Nil, werden hier Klangwelten erforscht und laden dazu ein sich fallen zu lassen. Ganz unaufdringlich schafft es der Berliner hier ein Sonnenbad im Club erleb-bar zu machen und sich von der Schönheit des Synthies bezaubern zu lassen. Nil ist ganz großes Kino für den Club. Traumschiff war gestern.

PNR Nr. 10 has finally arrived and is the debut of Berlin-based Kandel. With "Dorfpunks" the bus stops of the republic turn into settings for dramatic cowbell performances and let you feel the interminable distances of an empty town square.
