generell öffentliches rauchverbot,..
aber gibt ja noch die möglichkeit auf raucherräume, hauptsache das personal ist dem rauch nicht ständig ausgesetzt...

ansonsten ziemlich verrückt, kommt nun ein polizist in den coffeeshop nimmt dir deinen spliff weg, schickt ihn in ein labor um damit sicherzustellen das da kein tabak drin ist? wusste ja über das kommende rauchverbot schon länger bescheid, frage mich aber bis heute noch wie die liebe justiz sich das vorstellt..

das find ich garnicht mal so schräg..
tabakrauch ist nunmal super schädlich..
bloss bei jedem rauchschwaden der aufsteigt.. wie lässt sich das rechtlich durchführen..
