tja die legen sich doch immer wieder selbst ein ei

der großteil der anklagepunkte sind ja bereits nach dem ersten verhandlungstag gestrichen worden - bin gespannt wie das weiter geht und ob die ifpi noch in mehr solcher fettnäpfchen tritt

haha... is ja klar dass die releasegroups alle torrentseiten hassen genauso wie rapidshare und das ganze klumpat, und sogar die newsgroups! die haben ihre ftp dumps und damit sinds glücklich

aber was solls wer unverschlüsselt downloaded per torrent oder rapidshare und erwischt wird is selber schuld!

es geht denen nicht darum vorrangig tpb zu schließen sondern einen grundsatz entscheid zu bekommen nach dem man dann die user klagen kann...
