bio:
Counterstrike è un collettivo di produttori drum and bass provenienti dal sud africa, Animal chin e 500 miles, attivi da metà degli anni 90. Da allora hanno fatto molta strada segnando più di 50 tracce su alcune delle più importanti etichette discografiche drum and bass come la Moving Shadow di Rob Playford, la Human di Dieselboy e la Obscene di Dylan e vantano inoltre numerose collaborazioni e remix con artisti come Prode, Propaganda, Cooh, Donny, Panacea e Current Value.
Nel 2005 fondano la algorythm recording edichetta molto importante per il suono più scuro della drum and bass con la quale segnano memorabili tracce di artisti come Limewax, Spl, T.Z.A e Donny.
Infine l inizio del 2009 vede la nascita della loro nuova etichetta la counterstrike records.
