NotioN, whose tracks have been heard around the world since 2007 follows up his initial 2010 release on Urban Chemistry Recordings (No One Quite Like You/Someone's) with another duo for the growing Digital Blus, sister label to Blu Saphir Recordings – Woeful and Cherished Words (featuring Dave Owen).

Dave Owen is a new face to the drum 'n bass artist scene. With past releases on Sum's iQ Entertainment, Peer Pressure Digital and now Digital Blus, this man will definitely be one to watch in upcoming years

The ninth release on Digital Blus brings forth a pair of bass-driven dancefloor tunes. Woeful is an upbeat, bassy track that builds from its' genesis, integrating dubbed up, techy lines and a straight driving feel the whole way through, while Cherished Words offers more of a focus on the melody and vocal. A muted trumpet riff rings its way through alongside a plethora of synthesized melodies, leaving just enough room for vocal to make its' presence felt.
