Audacity Problem

ich hab grad an mix aufgnommen und als ich die aufnahme beendet hab hat sich das scheiß programm geschlossen. beim nächsten mal hat er mich gefragt ob ich die temporären dateien löschen möchte ich hab nein gedrückt, wie kann ich aber jetzt die datei wiederherstellen?
bitte um hilfe, isn wichtiger mix

ok es is jetzt sowieso alles fürn oarsch, hab dann nach dem dritten mal audacity aufmachen auf temporäre dateien löschen geklickt weil ich dachte das sind andere weil ich davor was anderes gehört hab. aber jetzt ist alles weg
