daß die dr. best schwingkopf weich im gegensatz zur dr. best schwingkopf mittel keine unterschiedlich langen borsten hat

ergo: bei gleichlangen borsten wird das zahnfleisch weniger gereizt.

dafür brauchst mundspülung und/oder zahnseide für die zwischenräume.

ein teufel ist die mundhygiene


und ps: geilste bürste momentan ist die colgate mit den polierlamellen

die funzt auch als zungenschaber, is aber ned so der bringer wenn man das macht, hygienetechnisch...

hm?

du hast jetzt immer noch nicht erklärt warum. ist es dann quasi so, dass man nach dem zunge-schaben beim nächsten zähneputzen die keime (welche noch auf der bürste sind möglicherweise) auf die zähne, ins zahnfleisch etc bringt?

bzw hat dir das mal ein zahnarzt begründet oder ist das nur so ne annahme?

ich denk halt, regelmäßiges zahnbürste wechseln ist sowieso wichtig und dann können sich auch nicht so viele keime ansammeln. und ich hab mir diese woche wieder sagen lassen wie wichtig nicht zahnseide ist um karies vorzubeugen (von meiner zahnärztin) ..

scheiss auf klassische zahnseide, war mir immer zu mühsam - wenig hat mein mundhygieneleben so verändert wie dieses ding:



einweg und cheap (angeblich gibts es in .at beim hofer für fast nix), man erreicht alle zwischenräume, ich bin echt begeistert! tolle erfindung!

jop, zahnarzt meinte, dass man sich den belag damit überall in die zwischenräume reinbürstet.
sie meinte aber auch, dass man mind. 1x im monat die bürste welchseln sollte (was ich nicht tue).
ich verwend die bürste meistens 2-3 monate im schnitt - bin zu faul um öfters zu wechseln.

von daher der schaber zusätzlich und zahnseide bzw. die teile die mad beschrieben hat.
die sind auch was für grobmotoriker wie mich

ok wechseln war ein bisserl patschert formuliert, meinte eh wegschmeissen und ein neues nehmen.
und dass sie klein sind find empfinde ich eher als nachteil, weil so kann man nur ca. 1 cm hin und herfahren...

ich glaub, wir ham unterschiedliche auffassungen bzgl. zahnseide - ist das zeug nicht einfach dazu da, um essensreste rauszubekommen?
ich kenn ja deine zahnzwischenräume nicht, aber bei mir reicht das dicke für einen kompletten durchgang - und wattestäbchen zum ohrenputzen verwend ich ja auch nur einmal.
ich distanzier mich allerdings von jeder radikalen stellung bei diesem thema - wenn du mit elmex gewachst glücklich bist, dann is das halt so
