RED LIGHT RECORDS – NEW RELEASE OUT NOW!! - RIDO
Out now on is the latest release by RIDO a name that’s definitely been on the rise of late, and here he continues his rapid ascent with a debut two track digital release on the renowned Red Light Records.
RIDO – REMEDY
Artists with highly polished and processed sounds usually produce high intensity tunes, but with Remedy Rido has proven that he is not limited to a single style: despite being driven by a hook of hypnotic synthetic stabs, Remedy also features fluctuating percussive fills, and subsequently rolls on rather smoothly. One for giving the dance floor a breather whilst maintaining momentum, ‘remedy’ is indeed the right word.
RIDO – COLD SOCIETY
Paradoxically, things heat up a bit on Cold Society, yet Rido’s emphasis on creating a groove as opposed to assaulting the senses is still apparent. The stabs and beats here are more urgent than on Remedy, giving it a glossy future funk feel without moving into the realm of machine noise. Intricate and involved while also being highly inviting, Rido is quickly becoming a name to remember.
