 help: "capable but command failed"

hatte erst probleme mit speichern auf der hdd, konnte aber noch lesen, jetzt geht gar nichts mehr.

er zeigt sie zwar an, bringt aber folgende Meldung:

"Auf D:\ kann nicht zugegriffen werden.

Die Datei oder das Verzeichnis ist beschädigt und nicht lesbar.


Habe vorhin die Defragmentierung mittels task-manager abgebrochen, da er nicht mehr reagiert hat, aber das kann doch unmöglich eine hdd ruinieren?

jemand schon mal dasselbe problem gehabt? was machen?

nein, weil ich die daten retten möchte.. hab leider kein backup

in der eingabeaufforderung komm ich auch nicht auf die platte.

aber ich glaube trotzdem, daß nicht die platte selbst sondern nur das verzeichnis kaputt ist, gibt's da keine guten repair-tools? hab leider überhaupt keine erfahrung mit diesen progs..
