On Saturday, March 29th, 2003, Theory (CAN) in association with Formation Records (UK) brought Toronto the biggest drum and bass event in its history. With a heavyweight lineup from both sides of the pond, 1700 ravers were absolutely devastated by what the dons of worldwide drum and bass had to offer.
