also ich bin absoluter fan, ich find es is einfach die leiwandste musik zum party machen und zum shaken und herumhupfen.

ZU viel und ZU schräg darfs aber nun auch nicht sein...

also...für mich ist clownstep, wenn ich einen tune höre, die augen schließe und mir einen clown vorstelle, der die ganze zeit von einem bein zum anderen hüpft.

wenn diese vorstellung zur musik passt, isses clownstep



und ich mags größtenteils überhaupt net, jaja, twist 'em out hat mir auch mal gefallen, aber das is laaaaaaaaang her

naja was für eine verbindung soll da schon zu entdecken sein? evtl. die, dass viele leute alles was nicht soulful/deep/technoid ist sondern eher nach party klingt in den clownstep-topf werfen, meist im negativen kontext. und da viele leute partymusik machen wollen ist es klar dass da einiges zusammenkommt, sprich auch in diesem subgenre(wenn man's als solches sehen möchte) eine grosse bandbreite an styles vorzufinden ist. hazard-sound und twist-em-out-style warn jetzt einfach beispiele dafür was mir gefällt und was mir weniger gefällt in dem bereich. der montz wollts ja wissen wie die leute hier dazu stehen. an alle anderen, die durch die hervorragende reputation meines nicknames in diesem forum dazu verleitet wurden eine kostbare halbe minute ihres lebens in den gewinn dieser belanglosen information über meine musikalischen präferenzen zu investieren --> dickes sorry

hat da maldini im Flex (6 y. tl) auch clownstep aufgelegt....shiat i steh wirklich drauf. also ich mag den Begriff clownstep ned.....der is so entwürdingend.....top ten oder mainstream dnb taugt ma da mehr.

am Anfang hab ich mir gedacht, clownstep is jump up sound ala whobble bass vom aphrodite. Aber jetzt hab ichs, clownstep is die Ö3 Schiene des DnB`s oder mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt im DnB gibt es scho so viele styles, das es éine eigene Schiene für 0815 heads gibt (clownstep) und der rest (amen soulful technoid usw )hören die real heads....hmmmmmmmmm

das könnte mal eine Definition sein!?!


aber am geilsten find ich technoiden clownstep oder wenn der clownstep so a paar amen breakz drinnen hat und wenn die Sonne scheint is soulfuliger clownstep sowieso der hit!

kann man nicht für sich selber entscheiden wann es clownstep is und wann ned. Also vault, minds eye und back to you waren bei 6 years trife life die fettesten (zumindest eine der fettesten) tracks für mich. da sind aber alle anderen auch voll abgegangen und alle drei nummern von Pendulum wurden gerewindet. bin ich jetzt ein clownstep 0815 head weil ma das auch taugt oder wie

was ist clownstep, is es jetzt eine musikrichtung wie amen oder soulful dnb? oder is es so :

1) immer wenn jemand das Wort clownstep in den Mund nimmt heißt das für mich er will sich in der Szene abgrenzen (musikalisch) von Leuten die in Wirklichkeit ka Ahnung vom dnb haben. (was ich nicht negativ sehe!!!)

oder

2) clownstep is der dnb,der einem persönlich ned taugt, denn clownstep is ansich schon so ein verarschendes und negatives Wort, das man unmöglich sagen kann das es eine bestimmte Art des DnB ist. Ich mein wer würde schon von sich behaupten, he ich leg heut an fetten clownstep auf = uncool
ich leg heut an fetten amen auf = cool
oder hat scho mal ein biker zu euch gesagt er hört clown rock... NEIN aber "smoke on the water" und born to be wild finden sie trotzdem cool

so seh ich das zumindest!

However, since Dylan used it, the term has been grabbed by many and now shifted more to describe a different style of tunes otherwise known as "Nu Jump-Up." It also now has negative connotations for many people even though the term really started out as more of a harmelss joke. Regardless, the phrase has been well and truly rinsed. But it's still not dead.

Phazeone put the word on the "banned words" list because it's derisory and we've had enough of it.

wie kann man das alles nur so ernst nehmen?

dylan sagt clownstep weil er meinte das ihn ein swingbeattrack an den zirkus errinnert hat...

...damit hat er so unrecht nicht - mich erinnert bodyrock auch immer an den einmarsch der clowns...

...vault hat einen swingbeatteil...

...wobei das ja nicht zwangsläufig was schlechtes ist!

...aber im endeffekt ists doch egal! ich mag das meiste nujumpup zeugs nicht, viele andere mögens, ich glaub auch das die dosis das gift macht!
