kommt drauf an, ob du noch mit probeführerschein fahrst. auf jeden fall wirst du in den genuss eines, ich sag mal "psychoseminars" kommen und so. also eine art therapiegruppe für alkolenker.

oi oi, ich mach grad den Führerschein, und einen Freund hams auch mit über 1.6 erwischt, naja, soweit ich es gelernt hab müsstest du mal ne Nachschulung machen, das kostet wieder fast soviel wie der Schein... und dann, naja, kommt drauf an, vielleicht kriegstn ne Zeit lang garnicht und musst beidie Anti-Alker absitzen!

no da hätt ma uns doch besser a taxi gleistet oder

soweit ich weiß kriegst eine nachschulung und verlängerung der probezeit (sehr gschissn..)
und ich glaub ab 0,8 promill gibts sogar führerscheinentzug

als ich den führerschein gemacht hab (gottseidank schon über 2 jahre her, also nix mehr mit probeschein) hat dieser "psychokurs" an die 6000 ats gekostet.
teures vergnügen. deshalb hab ich auch in der probezeit nie was getrunken wenn ich autofahren musste. so mach ich das auch jetzt noch und ich finde das ist das allergscheiteste.

auch wenn ich nicht in deiner lage sein möchte weil das is sicher ur-gschissn: so was macht man wirklich ned, wie zoe schon sagte!
hättest dir wirklich besser n taxi geleistet.. oder eine runde im auto gepennt..

wünsch dir viel glück dass der schein nicht allzulange weg is... and next time don´t drink and drive!

also bei mir wars so das sie mich OHNE führerschein erwischt haben (planquadrat), nüchtern wohl gemerkt....hatte eine 3 monatige sperre, soll heissen das ich drei monate nicht in die fahrschule durfte und um mit dem schein weiter zu machen, außerdem musste ich knapp 5000 schilling strafe zahlen!

als die 3 monatige sperre vorüber war kam ein brief das ich mal zum amtsarzt gehn muss zwecks untersuchung (dort hab ich 500,- liegen lassen für genau 10 mins untersuchung), von dort ham sie mich dann zum psychologen verwiesen(6000,-) wo ich 4 stunden in einer kammer eingesperrt war und verschiedenste test machen musste....sehr c das ganze!!

und zu guter letzt is dann der amtsarzt von der fahrschule auch noch abgelaufen (wieder 500,- wenn ich mich recht erinnere)!!

also hat mich der ganze scheiss 12.000,- schilling gekostet und ich wage zu behaupten das du nicht "so gut" austeigen wirst!!!

Nachtrag: lt. gesetz ist für fahren in alkoholisierten zustand eine strafe von ca. 10000 - 80000 ös vorgesehen...je nachdem wie schwer man betrunken war und ob personen auch zu schaden gekommen sind!!!

scheisse man... 1.5 %o. ja, der schein is mindestens ein 1/2 jahr weg... kannst mit rund 20 000 ösen strafe rechnen, nachschulung blechen (6000ös oder so) und den psychotest auch noch mit 5000ös und eine verlängerung der probezeit um ein jahr.

ich glaub die geldstrafe ist wirklich das geringste wenn man bedenkt was sonst noch recht leicht bei 1,5 passieren kann....
