Every year drum and bass fanatics will agree that the Notting Hill Carnival Trouble on Vinyl stage, and its associated After-Party are two of the joint best events of our clubbing calendar, and what's more each year just seems to keep on getting better... Last summer we rammed out The End/AKA bar in true style, with what was cited the best TOV party so far. The year before that, we shook up The Scala. For 2002 Trouble On Vinyl are stepping up the pace once again as we prepare to lift the roof of the legendary Brixton Academy with the BIGGEST Carnival After-Party in London.

CLASH OF THE TITANS includes a phenomenal line up of artists from the merging worlds of Drum & Bass and Hip Hop. Spread over 4 arenas this party features over 45 DJs and MCs and 3 EXLUSIVE LIVE PA's, and this together with the booty shaking benefit of the world famous VALVE SOUNDSYTEM means that as ever TOV continue to hold the edge over our contemporaries.

This summer will be our 5TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR as major players at the Notting Hill Carnival hosting THE ONLY drum & Bass stage. In true TOV tradition we will be outdoing ourselves, bringing you the best in sound, music and production... The line-ups speak for themselves - this is going to be the party that people will talk about long after it is all over......

a bit of a moan

yo! no offense or nothing but the big parties in the uk are allways like that. Helter Skelter: 12 djs (always Andy C, Hype, Ray Keith, Nicky B'k'market, Mampi Swift, Bad COmpany, SS, Roni Size and crew, Brockie, Fabio, Marky, Zinc etc etc), MCs: skiba, shabba, det, fearless, mc mc, ragga twins, ic3, etc etc. Glastonbury: same (but 'maybe'(?) at different times), One Nation: same again, Bagleys: dito etc etc.
BUT BUT BUT BUT
they all cost 30 pound upwards to get into (glastonbury was 90 pound last time I went) and i get the feeling that people out here don't wanna spend money (while i'm on a roll) travel! We could have all them out here but you gotta be willing to spend the cash to the act! Sorry, but i heard that people were complaing bout Andy C being to expensive? well FUCK THAT! €15? nothing! remeber the mc gotta get paid to! and they aren't exactly unknown acts and they are not, however nice you are to them, gonna play for free!!
Sorry bit of a rant and rave but gotta get it off my chest!!!! it PISSES me off the attitude out here (not all of you mind you, but the majority)
