mein post mitm mac war ja keine anforderung. ich mein nur, dass ein mac ein betriebssystem hat, das also untersatz freebsd unix fahrt und in fast jedem studio ein mac steht. ich hab selber keine ahung vom producen, aber frag mal m3cca, der hat da erfahrung, vor allem mit macs.

ad 1) würd ich ned sagen... also bevor ich ma heutzutage an mac kaufen würd um mucke zu machen würd ich ma a andere fette workstation kaufen, dell oder sowas in der richtung. wenn scho kohle rausgschmissn wird, dann eher in die richtung, und die performt um längen besser als ein dual g5... (kostet aber auch dementsprechend).

ad 2) es ist nie schlecht, wenn man bezüglich produziern was nachfragt, dass man auch dazusagt ungefähr wie weit man sich schon auskennt oder nicht, dass sich die anderen auch leichter tun mit empfehlungen und tips. zumindest bekommst so eher die gewünschten antworten. wie gsagt, einem blutigen anfänger würd ich never zu logic und es2 raten, wenn er nedamal weiss was ein sequencer ist... wenn ich weiss, der kennt sich schon bissl aus, dann sind logic und es2 wahrscheinlich die ersten worte die ich ihm rüberschmeiss.

nur mal so als kleinen denkanstoss...

also...

die meldung "kauf da an mac" find ich deswegen bloed, weil...

- bereits seit einiger zeit bekannt ist, dass sich auf einem pc genauso (wenn nicht mehr) fein produzieren laesst.

- mac allein genug kostet

- und logic dazu nochmal ne stange geld

- fuer jemanden, der reinschnuppern will auf einem pc-system die moeglichkeiten gegeben sind mit "demoversionen" auszuprobieren.

- ein audiosystem und ein linux-testsystem auf einem pc imo einfacher umzusetzen sind

- und er den rechner ja eh schon hat.

ein scheiss joke aus irgendnem film. ich find den gut.
wenns jem. deswegen die moralinsaeure hochtreibt... well, i couldn't care less.

und abschliessend... ich finde, dass die frage nach tools fuer win mit den links, die ich gepostet hab ausreichend beantwortet war, weil sich auf zb spinwarp tuts fuer fruity, logic ... und system optimierungssachen finden lassen und so gut wie alles schon auf doa und producernetwork disskutiert wurde.
aber ja, wer will sieht nur den joke.

wegen pezial-tips fuer dnb... gibz imo nicht, alle anderen kochen auch nur mit wasser... ok, dilinja hat seine custom-drums, vielleicht programmiert der ein oder andere seine vsti's selbst...
