ich würd zwar nicht darum wetten, aber ich glaub, dass es eine GESETZLICH vorgeschriebene toleranz gibt!

bei den pistolen gibts sie hundert pro noch, weil wennst da aufgehalten wirst, (is einem kollegen passiert) sagen die bullen noch dazu das der wert abzüglich der toleranz aufgeschrieben wurde!

und radars sind vielleicht schon so eingestellt dass die toleranz abgezogen is...
ausserdem wenn dein tacho 50 anzeigt, fährst du wahrscheinlich nur 47!!!!
zumindest sind die meisten mazda so eingestellt :lol:
(hab ich mal mit freunden durch experimentieren rausgefunden)

du solltest akzeptieren das dei auto halt nimmer das jüngste is u der tacho ghört eben dazu zum auto..un d naja...sowas passiert halt wemma älter wird. sei ned traurig..

außerdem reagieren viele erst ab höheren geschwindigkeiten, weil sie sonst oft (80 auf der südost) in kürzester zeit leer wären...

ich glaub ihr verwechselt da was....

radar sind immer anders eingestellt!

die auf der südosttangente zum beispiel blitzen alle erst ab 100 (obwohl nur 80 erlaubt), und dafür kann ich garantieren!


andere in der stadt blitzen dafür schon bei 5 oder 10km/h übertretung.....

das hat aber nix mit der toleranz zu tun, über die vorhin disskutiert wurde. da gings nämlich darum, dass wenn man geblitzt wurde, nochmal was abgezogen werden kann, als messfehler zb....

ein beispiel:
ich fahr mit 100 auf der tangente, und nix passiert...
ein anderer fährt 105, wird aber geblitzt.....
und dann kann man (ich weiss inzwischen sicher dass das in deutschland so is!!!!!), 5% toleranz abziehen, also steht dann "nur" 100 am strafzettel !

ihr vertauschts den toleranz-abzug den der jubbi angsprochen hat mit der toleranz, AB WANN ein radar blitzt...

beispiel eh schon gesagt, tangentn:

80kmh, bis 100 blitzt 100% nix... aber wenn er dich sag ma mit 110 blitzt, dann bekommst auch nen wisch mit 110 heim.

das hab ich gmeint mit "da gibts keine toleranz"... 110 blitz = strafe für 110 kmh. da wird nix abzogen, da is man ned schneller gfahrn, da is ma 110 gfahrn und mit 110 blitzt worden.

tschechan hats aber eh so rüberbracht... nur das mit die 5% stimmt bei uns 10000%ig ned... bei uns is es definitiv die gschwindigkeit die man gfahrn is.

toleranzschwelle bei fixen radarstationen ist unterschiedlich, so viel ich weiß. kommt darauf an, wie gefährlich eine stelle ist, also wenn bei einer volksschule ne 30er zone ist und ein radar steht, kann man davon ausgehen, dass es bei 31 kmh blitzt.
wobei man glz. aber nicht davon ausgehen darf, dass man auch 30 fährt, wenn der tacho das anzeigt. tachos sind meistens um 10% schneller als die tatsächliche geschwindigkeit.
sprich mit 33kmh wirds noch nicht blitzen, aber so fix drauf verlassen würd ich mich auch nicht, außer man hat zviel geld. und weiters sieht man ja eh nur beim K.I.T.T. die einerstelle am tacho.

auf der tangente bei nem 80er radar kann man minimalst unter 100 fahren und es wird nicht blitzen und ein 50er radar im ort hält meistens knappe 60 aus...

zumindest bin ich bisher immer gut mit diesen informationen, ohne ein einziges speeding ticket durch ein fixradar, durchgekommen.
