Wenn wer sein Geld mit Musik machen verdient, und dann noch so in der Öffentlichkeit steht wie "ein sehr bekannter Italo-Dj" kann man eigentlich nur noch Kopfschütteln, lautstark lachen oder solche Dummheit einfach nur ignorieren. Sicher sind 1,4 mille Euro eine hohe Strafe, aber wenn der schon seit vielen Jahren nur noch geklaute mp3s verwendet hat und dann pro Auftritt noch 6000EUR verlangt, kann das schon als Wirtschaftskrimminalität interpretiert werden. Vergleich mal Dj und geklaute mp3s mit zb Großunternehmer und Schwarzarbeiter oder Grafikstudio mit ausschließlich gecrackten Grafikprogrammen oder Großelektromarkt verschärbelt geklaute Ware... oder ein Osteuropäer fladert ein Wiener Taxi, um damit in Polen Taxi zu fahren und irgendwann steht Interpol vor der Tür und sagt dann "Kommens mit!" --> "Wieso ich hab noch keinen umgebracht und zahlen soll ich den Mercedes jetzt auch noch und Geldstrafe wo doch eine mündliche Verwarnung reichen sollte?"
Verstehst du jetzt so ungefähr?
