das is genauso wie bei videos / dvds...
du hast ohne lizenz nicht das recht erworbene medien (film / musik ) offentlich zu verwenden.
im prinzip musst du für jeden track bei label / artist anfragen. ob sie dann etwas verrechnen ist ihre sache, aber rein rechtlich sollte es so sein.

ja, wie beim radio, die müssen auch die erlaubnis haben.
aber überhaupt nicht mixen dürfen ist für mich eine andere aussage...
ö3 darf madonna und britney spielen, aber wehe sie überschneiden einander, das wär ja mixen....
und das kanns ja wohl nicht sein oder?
soviel zu steves aussage bezüglich mixen dürfen.

EDIT: ok hab nochmal nachdacht drüber....
könnt mans nicht einfach so sagen: im liveset ist alles erlaubt, im studiomix dürftest rein rechtlich nur das spielen wo du auch die lizenz hast.
kann man das so sagen?

Genauso wie bei sampling. Es macht hier ebenfalls keinen unterschied ob du denn halben Track, ein Takt oder einen einzelnen Schlag samplest.
Wie gesagt das ist die grauste Theorie und kein Mensch wird das so anwenden.

In der Praxis ist es bei mixen e wurscht. Solange du sie nicht verkaufst!
Ich kenne einen Fall ( Double D) aus Deutschland der mal bei einer normalen Verkehrskontrolle in Deutschland mit ca. 100 Tapes im Kofferraum erwischt wurde. Die er bei Parties, Festivals etc. verkauft hat.
Hat ihn einige 1000 Euro Strafe gekostet die Aktion.

das mag sein, nur gibt es kein verbot etwas zu remixen oder zu samplen, es gibt nur ein verbot das dann zu veröffentlichen oder kommerziell zu nutzen!
kein mensch kann dir was wenn du heute bei dir daheim irgendeinen remix machst, rechtlich relevant wirds erst wenn du ihn veröffentlichen willst!

E klar, dann wird´s es ja auch Keiner erfahren. Es ging ja darum wie es sich denn mit öffentlich gemachten mixes verhält soweit ich mich erinnere.
