Nun kann aber Entwarnung gegeben werden. Nachdem auch dieses Statement von Ian North, offiziell nicht zu belegen und auf keiner offiziellen Website zu finden war, veröffentlichte skratchworx.com am Samstag eine eMail, die der Geschäftsführer von Store DJ, einem großen australischen Webshop für DJ-Equipment erhalten hat. In dieser Mail spricht David Blair, Sales Executive von Panasonic Australien von Missverständnissen in der Kommunikation und erklärte, dass eine Fortführung der Produktion der 1200er und 1210er für die absehbare Zukunft gesichert sei. Wörtlich heißt es in dem Schreiben:

“Regarding an email I sent last week regarding the end of manufacture of Technics turntables.
We have had a misunderstanding in communication with the factory and my original email is incorrect.
Panasonic will continue to manufacture and supply Technics turntables for the forseeable future.
We regret any problems this may have caused in the meantime.
Regards.

hab vor ein paar tagen ein e-mail an panasonic deutschland geschrieben und heute antwort bekommen:

Hm, der letzte Satz is wieder mal entscheiden(insbesondere stellen sie keine Eigenschaftszusicherung da) in der Mail von Panasonic. Demnach halten sie sich alle Möglichkeiten offen.

Sie wären ja blöd wenn sie sagen würden nein sicher stellen wir die Produktion nicht ein wegen der Hammsterkäufe gerade vor Weihnachten.

Guter Marketinggag...und der 1210 m5g is auch ein 1210er...

Bin mal gespannt wie sich das alles noch entwickelt. Obwohl in der Szene is eh Wurscht die meisten D&B Futzis legen eh nur mehr CD`s auf.

nur um hiermit nochmal offiziell das ende der gerüchte auszurufen!



panasonic hat endlich offiziell stellung genommen und logischerweise ist keine einstellung der technics turntables geplant!

ich hab heut auch mit einem händler telefoniert, der gemeint hat, die technics würden sich noch immer gut verkaufen (hierzulande).

so viel dazu...

wollte grad den selben link posten Shroombab!

die technics verkaufen sich zur zeit sehr gut. die 1210 mk5 sind bei vielen shops ned lieferbar. dj-laden wartet zB noch auf die Lieferung für November. Klangfarbe is auch ausverkauft.

gottseidank hab ich meine mk5 schon vorher bestellt. um 519€/stk.
