hi,
mellow war meiner meinung nach sicher das schlagwort in dem jahr. was auf den ersten blick vielleicht nach einem schritt nach hinten ausgesehen hat, sind dann zumindest auch 2 schritte nach vor gewesen:
*** xploding plastix/treat me mean,.../hospital
*** marky+xrs/closer/soul:r
die technoide innovation ist irgendwie ausgeblieben... dafuer gabs einen haufen neurotischer stueckeln, schwerfaellige grummelbass-stuecke und ein paar oberflaechliche spritzer von dreamdance... 
*** c4c/sarin/true playaz
*** skc/lobotomy/dsci4
*** fresh+fierce/innocence/quarantine
(schrecklicher) vocoder, und grummelbass... aber die kombination macht's interessant. klingt anders und loest sicher eine lawine von tunes aus, die alle genauso klingen wollen...
meine absoluten favorites sind
*** technical itch/the ruckas/penetration
*** technical itch/conterminate/penetration
*** dylan+loxy/california curse remix/outbreak
*** mind machine/misfit ep/architecture

hmm....
ich predicte mal, das der ruffneck sound rmx bis jahresende und darüber hinaus (is ja nicht schuld vom track, wenn er so kurz vorm poll-ende erst released wird) noch n paarmal gedroppt wird
und dabei noch einige ärsche zum schütteln anregt
und drum auich auf die liste sollte
