Ich find auch man kann ruhig ohne weiteres tunes mixen die man entweder nicht geplant oder gar vorher noch nie zusammen gemixt hat...
Wenn man ein FIXES set hat und von dem nicht abweicht...
Kann man nicht auf die crowd eingehen ? die stehn alle fad da... und du bretterst munter weiter riight ? ...
Ist ja nichts gegens set machen auszusetzen... mach ich ja auch... aber dann drauf beharren alles GENAU SO zu machen find ich bescheuert....
alles IMHO... also nicht aufregen ja...
Im übrigen sind die spontan eingefallenen mixes (b0ah die platte würd geil passn ) meistens eh die geilsten...
Wemma´s vorher schon 20 mal zusammen gemixt hat kann das sogar meine mutter...
da wett ich sogar mit dir

Alles definitionssache...
Manchmal wärend dem break... überkommts mich...
und ich bleib einfach nur den rest vom lied genau da stehn wo ich vorhin getanzt hab und geniess die musik...
versteh nicht ganz was daran so schlimm ist...
ich nehm damit den leuten weniger platz weg wie wenn ich weitertanzen würd

ein set ist nur dann gut wenns organisch ist, wenns auf die crowd eingeht und das schliesst vorgeübte sets aus! klar - jeder dj kennt seine tunes und hat einige mixes die ihm/ihr daheim oder woanders gut gefallen haben - wieso sollt man die nicht spielen - aber wenn man nicht für die crowd sondern für die vorgefertigte playlist spielt ist das eigentlich nur mehr traurig! just my opinion!

DisaZt unpassende doupledrops gemacht hat ?

Zu wissen wie die Platten klingen schön und gut aber
zu wissen wie zwei davon gleichzeitig klingen ist
da schon eine etwas kränkere Liga.

I like to have a transition in my set. I always play house if I can, mixing it in, so it's more like a party. Too much of one thing becomes stupid quickly - and you are giving the people exactly what they want. You are following the people instead vice versa. It is hard to break the music down like that. A perfect set would be when I can play all my favorite records and the people are still there. When they scream off to a hot house record and a hot Gabber record at the same party. There are no limits in BPMs either. If you can do a transition, it works."

vor allem überleg ich grad wie das dann mit b2b funktionieren soll, treffen sich da immer die djs ne woche vorher und üben??? oder sind das immer generell schlechte sets???

ich bin ja sogar der gegenteiligen meinung,

alles was keine ecken und kanten hat sondern hundertmal geübt wurde is fad,

für ruff mixes

scheißts drauf ob alles perfekt zsammpasst und so blabla....man muss nur wollen, dann geht alles, und wenns dann halt live ein paar mal vorkommt daß was nicht ganz passt isses echt kein drama weil ich glaub wer auflegen kann merkt das nach wenigen sekunden und weiß schon wie er/sie sich rausrettet

und auf die paar leut die dann kopfschüttelnd am rand stehen und einen weiteren strich auf ihrer "verhaute übergänge" liste machen wird sowieso gschissen...

aber ich bin ja auch bei vielen bands der meinung daß sie nur mehr unnötige selbstwiederholungen machen, sobalds mal ihre instrumente beherrschen...hehe

sorry fürs ein bissi unfreundlich sein, hab mich eh lang zurückghalten, aber jetzt doch, weil....
