NTSC frame conversion auf mac

hup,

ich missbrauch mal dieses (eigentlich eh nicht als reines soundforum dezidiertes) board für eine frage:

wie kann ich ein auf NTSC 29,97 fps gecapturdes/gecapturtes/turtl/gekäpschtates quicktime dv-file auf NTSC film (hurensformat!) mit 23,976 frames auf einem mac umwandeln? mit virtual dub is easy, aber wo in dieser bitchy quicktime pro - umgebung kann ich save as so machen, dass sich einfach nur die fps ( und damit auch die zeit) ändern?
final cut pro, qt pro 6.0, eh alles vorhanden, compressor leider noch nicht!

pc mit virtualdub is leider ned vorhanden, file is ca. 20 gigs.

vielleicht hackelt ja jemand mit video und checkt das ab!

ah ja - cleaner workt auch nicht wirklich motiviert, geschweige denn richtig

mit after effects kannst du's rausrendern... aber frag mich ned wie das ergebnis aussieht, habs selbst no ned probiert.

geht ned so toll, weil der sync zw. audio und video dannn nicht so toll passt.

habs problem scho glöst, mit hilfe von gehackter firmware auf am dvd-player, macrovision off, ntsc-signal mit rgb über scart rausghaut auf einen ntsc-pal converter und das ganze als pal mit final cut captured (wenn die 23,976 fps scho so in der nähe von pal sind, fallts ned so org auf - und alles in sync)
