browser lass ich mir auch noch einreden..
aber wie zum geier machen die das mim betriebssystem????

klar, wie das bild entsteht, is auch interessant...
aber wie soll man über skriptsprachen das betriebssystem erkennen? würd mich echt wundern, wenn das geht...
dachte da zuerst an OS-fingerprinting...
aber bei mir wird das OS auch richtig erkannt, obwohl ich hinter einer firewall bin... seeehr strange das ganze...

weiß jemand die antwort darauf??

ip und provider sind gar kein problem. zum betriebssystem und browser:
jeder browser schickt eine browserkennung mit, bei mir zum beispiel:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030805
das wertet der server aus und schreibts aufs taferl. wenn man die browserkennung verändert bzw abdreht (was mein webproxy zum beispiel macht), steht nix mehr da.
man kann sich das auch auf ansehen.

prinzipiell gäbe es auch noch nen haufen andere möglichkeiten, browser und betriebssystem zu ermitteln (javascript kann die browserkennung auch ausgeben wenn ich micht täusche, passives fingerprinting (jedes betriebssystem verschickt die datenpakete etwas anders, daher kann man das ermitteln)).

is auf jedenfall sehr lustig das ding!

kA wie die das gemacht haben
aber ein ansatz wäre:

am apache einstellungen vornehmen , so dass alle .jpg durch zB php geparst werden (mime-type verändern)... somit hast schon alles bis auf betriebssystem - das könntest, wenn die ip hast mit nmap, queso oder nessus herausbekommen - das geht also mit fast jeder sprache
