...mir fällt grad net mehr ein, weil die errinnerungen über meine frühe drumandbass zeit grad über mich niederbrechen!!!

back in da dayz

super! du sprichst genau von der zeit als mich der d&b-virus während einer intensiven frühlingswoche '96 in london infiziert hat. freudige erinnerungen kommen hoch.

damals, ich hielt mich gerade mit dj triple.a und einer freundin in der hauptstadt des d&b auf, hatte ich die gelegenheit den puls der zeit zu fühlen und zu erleben. es waren unvergessliche nächte im 'Blue Note', 'The End', 'Mars', 'Bar Rumba' und 'SW1'. der hype war dort bereits allgegenwärtig und die crowd elektrisierte jeden, der den sprung wagte und sich dem massive hinzugesellte. einfach genial! der flow und die energie überrollten einen förmlich. egal was dein bisheriger musikgeschmack war, anschliessend warst du konvertiert und treuevoller anhänger einer neuen richtung.

fruehling 96: korn's debut ist nicht mehr neu, sepultura's 'roots' noch nicht wirklich alt, ich gerade der pubertaet entwachsen, der ganze freundeskreis beginnt zu kiffen und im cd-playa findet eine (kleine) revolution statt... ich weiss nicht mehr genau welche cd es war, aber sie war vom bukem... earth irgendwas... schoen war das.
16 waer ich gern nochmal
