ich besitze ein remote 25 midi keyboard und brauch unbedingt vista treiber...
ich hab mich natürlich an novation direkt gewendet...
nur die teiln mich gleich wieder als remote sl user zu keine ahnung warum... vielleicht is nur mal wieder mein englisch zu schlecht...
soll ich die x station treiber nehmen ??
der alkor hat gmeint er is sich nicht sicher weil da wieder nix von window steht hmm oder so irgendwas...

If your query is regarding Automap, make sure you have read the Automap Universal guide available for download from our website, there is also a new version of the Automap installer (3.2) that fixes several known installation problems;

Computer Specifications:
- Processor model and speed
- Operating system, including version number
- What peripherals and expansion cards are connected and what interface is in use (e.g. Firewire, USB, PCI, etc)?
Software Info:
- What software programs are using with your SL, including the version number?
- Please list relevant settings in the software e.g. sound card settings or MIDI input and output settings.
Product Info:
- What is the version number of the operating system on your unit? (Hold down the 'Global' button)
- What is the version number of the Novation software installed on your computer? ( On Mac: Open Automap server > Automap Universal > About Automap Universal. On PC: Open Automap server > Click on the Automap icon > About)
- When and where you purchased the unit, and where you are located?
Whilst awaiting a reply, we advise that you check the ReMOTE SL downloads page at to ensure you have the latest updates for your product. If you are having problems with connectivity then it is also worth checking that all cables are in good order and not faulty.
