What got you guys into producing D&B?
D&B is something that's always been huge part of ours lives. We've been following it, making it and DJing it right from the early 90' s rave scene.
How did you hook up with Bryan and the V family?
Bryan called us out of the blue when we were down at Music House. He'd been trying to find out who we were to sign a track from our first AI batch: 'Ever On' which Marcus signed to Soulr. V has always a label we'd have loved to be involved with so we soon found our home with them.
You're well known for your extreme sub bass and LFO combinations that are now copied by many, did you deliberately set out to create something different from what was around at the time?
We wanted to try something completely different to what was out there - try and bring our own take on the sound and that was what just came out at that point in time... Our original idea a few years back was to create something that any style dj can play, will fit in across the board - Jump Up,Liquid or more dark/techy sound.
You've just set up your own label 'Widescreen' is that primarily for your own material or will you be working with other artists?
That's right, our first release 'The Big Picture' / 'Shinkansen' is just about to hit the shops. Widescreen is another outlet for our own music and some co-labs. Expect to hear all sorts of styles, like our Dj sets. Running it besides our projects with V.

In the middle of UK tour so covering most of the country over next month. Official London launch is at Movement on 17th Nov - expect to hear a back to back showcase with D Bridge...
